Both CCNA and Embedded course have equal scope and value. It totally depends on your interest in any specific field As you are from EC background so I will suggest you to go for embedded system diploma as it will provide you extra skills but if you are interested in networking field than go for CCNA -CCNA is good for networking domain career while Embeded systems is good in case you are good in programming and logic skills -Embedded is best from Electronics or Instrumentation or CS background.
