Default Re: Not eligible for any campus interview due to 12th marks what to do

To get job in any good MNC company the applicant should have at least 60% marks in throughout the education career, as you have less then 60% marks in 12th that is why you can not sit in the campus placement, but don’t lose home there are some other companies available they recruit candidates on the basis of knowledge rather then educational career……….

So you should improve your knowledge, you can also apply in government recruitment where they require only graduation. You can apply in recruiting process of one of following government organizations:

HPCL
POWERGRID
BPCL
GAIL India
IOCL
NTPC
BHEL
MECON
BEL
NALCO
Concor India
HECL
DDA
MECL

Why they insist 10th and 12th Marks 60% and above.............. Is marks important or
knowledge ? .......... because of this so many
bright students are demotivated even if they score 65% and above in their degree and PG level. Recruiters must give importance for their knowledge not 10th and 12th.

I have seen many students who score 60% and above in SSLC or PUC have failed
in apptitude test Why ? at the same time a student who scored less than 60% in
SSLC and PUC have cleared the apptitude ......... Is marks playing or their
skill. Industry requires skill not marks ...................

Request recruiters to consider the relevant degree marks NOT the marks of
10th or 12th
