I am planning to do Summer training in after 3rd year B.E (Mechanical) in good company like DMRC, BHEL, ONGC, NBCC, IOCL, L&T, ESSAR and NTPC, what is the process of it????? Summer training is considered as a significant part of course curriculum in Bachelor of Technology course in India. The main objective is to provide practical knowledge on different areas related to the engineering stream. As per as my knowledge for summer training only final year candidates are eligible, so you have to wait till one your. For summer training you should contact to the training & placement officer of your college and through your college you may contact to the personnel department of any of the organizations like DMRC, BHEL, ONGC, NBCC, IOCL, L&T, ESSAR and NTPC. To apply for summer training, first of all prepare your CV. Collect an NOC (No objection certificate) from your college Send the CV along with the NOC to the company (DMRC, BHEL, ONGC, NBCC ,IOCL ,L&T, ESSAR and NTPC)
