Summer training in after 3rd year B.E (Mechanical) in good companies

I am planning to do Summer training in after 3rd year B.E (Mechanical) in good company like DMRC, BHEL, ONGC, NBCC, IOCL, L&T, ESSAR and NTPC, what is the process of it?????

Sir I have completed 3rd year in electrical dept. and about to go to final year. ..so i m in little confusion that I should go for a summer inplant training or not...well it be beneficial to me???
