Punjab PSC Exams

Looking for the dates, date sheet and examination center for Punjab PSc Exams for 2012. I am not a resident of Punjab, can I apply for this exam. Please answer me soon.. thanks

Punjab Service Commission will conduct this exam on mid month of June but last date of apply for this exam is gone in January so if you still not applied for this exam then its too late but if you applied for this exam then this exam is coming in month of June 2012. Exam center of this exam is in Chandigarh which is capital of Punjab.
