TNPSC was established in 1923. Last date of online application is 28th January 2014. Last date of payment of application fee is 30th January 2014. Preliminary Exam will be conducted on 26th April 2014. TNPSC Gr. 1 Exam 2014 Eligibility Criteria Educational Qualification: Candidates should have cleared their Degree from any of the university. Candidate’s age should be between 21 to 30 years as on 1st July 2013. Application Fee: Candidates need to pay Rs. 125/- for Preliminary Exam and Main Exam. Applicants who have exemption from application fee, they need to pay Rs 50/- towards application cost.

Age limit Minimum age is 21 years Exam pattern TNPSC Group 1 exam conducts in three levels- Preliminary Exam Mains Exam Interview For Preliminary Examination General Knowledge Aptitude Test For Mains Exam General Studies Paper - I General Studies Paper - II General Studies Paper - III Interview & Record The TNPSC question papers for the Main Written Examination will be set both in Tamil and in English. Candidates are allowed to answer the TNPSC Main Written Examination either in Tamil (or) in English (or) partly in Tamil and partly in English.
