I want to give Centre for Development of Advanced Computing exam. Can you please provide the information related to admission procedure Admission in C-DAC Courses based on the Computerised Common Admission Test (C-CAT). For C-CAT applicant need to fill online application form avail at the C-DAC official website. Eligibility Criteria: Applicants have graduate in Engineering or equivalent like BE / BTech / 4-year BSc / AMIE / DoEACC B Level, etc. in Electronics/ Computer Science/ IT or related areas OR Applicants passed post Graduate in Engineering Sciences like MSc in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, etc. Computerised Common Admission Test (C-CAT) Exam Pattern The exam consist three sections for one hour each. Each section will have 50 objective-type questions of 3 marks each. There is negative marking of 1 mark for each wrong answer. Following are the sections of the exanm. Section A English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Duration: 1 hour Section B Computer Fundamentals, C Programming, Data Structures, Data Communications & Networking, Object Oriented Programming Concepts, Operating Systems Duration: 1 hour Section C Computer Architecture, Digital Electronics, Microprocessors Duration: 1 hour Exam Fee: Rs 1000 Following are the examination Centers. C-DAC stands for Centre for Development of Advanced Computing. It offers post diploma courses in, Natural Language Processing, Wireless, Mobile, IT Security , VLSI, Embedded, Healthcare, Geoinformatics. Admissions to all PG Diploma courses of C-DACare done through C-DAC's Common Admission Test (C-CAT). Candidates have to apply for C-CAT online . Every year, C-CAT is usually conducted in June/July (for August admissions) December (for February admissions). The medium of C-CAT is English. . C-CAT Exam Pattern & Syllabus Section A English, Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude-1 hour Section B Computer Fundamentals, C Programming, Data Structures, Data Communications & Networks, Object Oriented Programming, Operating Systems-1 hour Section C Computer Architecture, Digital Electronics, Microprocessors-1 hour Every section will have 50 objective-type questions of 3 marks each Each objective-type question in C-CAT will have four choices.. There will be +3 marks for each correct answer and -1 for each wrong answer.
