i have completed my graduation in bsc maths honours, n i have all the net results copy but my study centre through which i had took the admission is not providing me my marksheets.. so tell me how to get it

I wants to check the old reappear result of msu,2013_2014. of distance education b/c I have passed but not have marks detail.maraheet is not found at study center.
kindly help me for this
