I want to take appointment at lv prasad eye institute, visakhapatnam for my father Sri M.Natarajan, 89 years, preferably on 19.11.15. He has developed blurred vision in one eye. This will be his first consultation in ur esteemed hospital. Catract operation was carried out in this eye at Bangalore around 18 months back. Could not contact your appointment numbers.
