BHU MBA Admission

When the application form for BHU MBA admission for 2012 is starting? Please tell me the eligibility for admission in MBA from BHU for 2012 session.

I am very sorry to say that Banaras Hindu University admission form sales is closed so you cant apply for this year MBA course but you can apply for next year. Here are the eligibility criteria for MBA course:

The candidate must be of Indian Nationality. Candidates must pass Bachelor's Degree in any stream from a recognized Indian university with at least 50% aggregate. SC/ST candidates should have a minimum of 45% in Graduation.

Will you please provide me the admission criteria of MBA from BHU, because I want to take admission at there?

Banaras Hindu university MBA admission-

Admissions to MBA and MBA (IB) programmes are made on the basis of combined merit of Written Test (CAT conducted by IIM)-50% weightage; Academic records-20% weightage, Group discussion and Interview (conducted by FMS, BHU)- 30% weightage.
Reservations There will be reservations as per Rules (27% OBC; 15 % SC; 7.5 % ST; 3% PC - Horizontal reservation)

Admission to MBA (AB) programme is made on the basis of combined merit of Written Test conducted by Banaras Hindu University and Group Discussion and Interview conducted by FMS, BHU. Admission notification normally releases during April-May every year. The admission application forms will be sold from the Counter at Controller of Examinations, BHU


Admission to PGDBA Programme:

Eligibility: (i) Must have Graduate Degree from a recognized Indian University or Equivalent degree from Foreign University; and (ii) The candidate must have at least three years experience either (a) at supervisory level in a business organization or is running own business; OR (b) in service BHU Teachers / Officers.

Hello sir I want to do MBA from BHU so please guide me about the admission procedure of this college.

MBA program of Banaras Hindu University is come under the FMS department i.e Faculty of Management Studies. They offers two types of management program.
Courses offered
1. Master of Business Administration (MBA) – 46 seats
2. Master of Business Administration in International Business (MBA – IB) – 46 seats

Admissions to MBA and MBA (IB) Programmes

Admissions to MBA and MBA (IB) programmes of FMS, BHU are purely based on the combined merit of following tests

Written Test (CAT conducted by IIM)-50% weightage;
Academic records-20% weightage,
Group discussion and Interview (conducted by FMS, BHU) - 30% weightage.

Application procedure

The candidates have to appear in CAT of the corresponding year and register at FMS, BHU through separate admission application form available at FMS, BHU normally during August-November every year or downloadable from official website.
