Will AIPMT and JIPMER under NEET

Will you please tell me whether AIPMT and JIPMER included under NEET???

The NEET is stands for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test. The NEET replaced by All India Pre Medical entrance Test. so the NEET and AIPMT both are same.

The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test or NEET-UG is a qualifying entrance exam for admission in undergraduate medical course (MBBS), dental course (BDS) or postgraduate course (MD / MS) which will be conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).

Whereas the JIPMER is conducts its own entrance exam for admission to their MBBS and BDS courses. So Jawarharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research (JIPMER) is not included in NEET’s

Eligibility for the NEET

The Students must pass Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English subjects individually.

The applicant must have 50% for General category student & 40% for SC/ST/OBC category student in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together (i.e. aggregate)

Eligibility for the JIPMER

The applicant must have Higher / Senior Secondary Examination or the Indian School Certificate Examination which is equivalent to 10+2 higher / Senior Secondary Examination after a period of 12 years study,

The last two years of such study comprising Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Bio-technology and Mathematics
