First of all Click on official website of MPSC.
You must take printout of Bank Challan or use the online payment to make the payment of application fee.

Make payment and revisit the MPSC Online website and select the Login link.
Enter the User Name and password previously provided and in the following page upload the scanned photograph and signature at places provided.
Now,fill all details including fee payment details, check once for errors and submit the online application.

You will get message as Transaction ID Updated Successfully.
Take print of submitted application form and retain it for further use.

Exam pattern :
The Written Test will be Objective Type with Multiple Choices Questions.
The selection is based on Written test and it consists of two following papers.
Pharmacy.
General knowledge.
There is negative marking in the exam.
