NIFT eligibility fashion designing

I want to do PG in fashion designing from NIFT institute so want to know what minimum eligibility is needed for applying for the designing programs. Please give me short not on eligibility criteria so that I can check whether I am eligible for this program or not.

The required eligibility for the NIFT fashion designing is as follows:

The candidate must pass his/her Senior Secondary School Examination conducted by the National Open School with a minimum of five subjects.

Or

The candidate must do 3 or 4-years diploma recognized by AICTE or a State Board of Technical Education.
