If you want to go for the teaching line then you can go for the NET or SET examination.. NET is a national level eligibility test for lectureship and fellowship and SET is a state level eligibility test for lectureship in state colleges..

if you are interested in should go for p.hd. program ..
as you have done the mca then you can do work in the software company.

NET and SET are exam for lecturer ship whereas, Ph.D is a research Programme.

NET is a national level eligibility test for lectureship and fellowship

SET is a state level eligibility test for lectureship in state colleges

I would suggest you to appear for NET exam and opt for JRF (Junior Research Fellowship)

After qualifying this exam you can go for Ph.D

Along with the eligibility to be a lecturer, you will be able to get financial support for your Ph.D Programme.
