PAPER- II- Indian Social System (Section- A)
1. Bases of Indian Society : Traditional Indian Social Organisation

Dharma, Doctrine of Karma. Ashram Vyavastha Purushartha and Samskars; Socio-Cultural Dynamics impact if Buddhism, Islam and the west. Factors responsible for contisnuity and change.

2. Social Stratification :

3. Marriage Family and Kinship :

As you want I am here providing you syllabus and pattern of exam of UPPSC Sociology exam for lecturer Screening Test.


Exam Pattern:

Exam Pattern for UPPSC Lecturer Screening Test

Written Exam will be multiple choice objective type.

The question paper will contain 150 marks.

120 questions will be from related subjects
(100 in case of Maths)
30 questions from General Studies.

The time duration will be 02:00 Hours (120 Minutes).
