Here I am giving you information about cut off marks to qualify NDA examination organized by union public service commission …

NDA (I) Cut off for 2012:
The cutoff for written was 333

NDA Cut off for 2011:

The written cutoff was 290
The SSB cutoff
For Army was 659
For Navy was 659
For IAF was 703

NDA exam pattern :
Written Examination

I Mathematics 2.5 hours 300
II General Ability Test 2.5 hours 600
Total 900

National Defence Academy (NDA) Exam is conducted by UPSE twice in a year on National basis for admitting young cadets in National Defense Academy and Naval Academy to impart training on them to join as Officers in the Indian Armed forces.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

1. For Army Wing of NDA:
Candidate must be 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University

2. For Air Force and Naval Wings of NDA and for 10+2 (Executive Branch) Course at Naval Academy:
Candidates appearing for National Defense Academy Examination must be 12th Class pass i.e. the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics conducted by a State Education Board or a University

Age Limit:
Candidate should be between 16-1/2 to 19 years of age.

Nationality:
A candidate must either be:
A citizen of India, or
A subject of Bhutan, or
A subject of Nepal, or
A Tibetan refugee who came over to India before the 1st January, 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, or
a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka and East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire and Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.

Single

NDA Exam Pattern:
Mathematics
No. of Questions: 300
Duration: 2-1/2Hr

General Knowledge
No. of Questions: 600
Duration: 2-1/2Hr

The General Ability Test consists of:
Part A- English: 200
Part B- General Knowledge: 400

Pattern of SSB interview:
SSB conducts an elaborate interview of the written qualified candidates to test their physical, psychological fitness and team spirit.
Consists of 900 marks
