As per your request below I am providing you the previous year papers of Drug and Food Inspector Exam: Drug and Food Inspector Exam paper1 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Drug inspector eligibility: Essential Qualification – A candidate for direct recruitment to the post of Drugs Inspector must possess the following qualifications :- (i) Degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences or Medicine with specialization in Clinical Pharmacology or Microbiology or equivalent from a recognized University ; (ii) (a) Eighteen Month's Experience in the manufacture of at least one of the substances specified in Schedule 'C' to the Drug and Cosmetics Rules, 1945, or (b) Eighteen Month's Experience in testing of at least one of the substances specified in Schedule 'C' to the Drug and Cosmetics Rules, 1945, in a laboratory approved for this purpose by the licensing authority, or (c) Three year's experience in the inspection of firms manufacturing any of the substances specified in Schedule 'C' to the Drug and Cosmetics Rules, 1945 during the tenure of their services as Drug Inspector of any state Government or Central Government. Syllabus for Study: Paper I: The syllabus shall contain subject specific questions on the following major topics: Medical Chemistry; Forensic Pharmacy; Pharmacognesy; Manufacturing Opharmacy; Pharmaceutical Analysis; Pharmacilogy & Toxicology etc Paper II: The Paper I shall consist of general studies and mental ability questions. The candidates should also prepare for the General Science questions which include recent developments in the field of Science & Technology. The next topics for study under this section include the Current Events of National and International Importance. This includes the following topics of study: History & Geography of India, Indian National Movement, Social, Economic and Cultural Issues etc |
