Hello, French institute for hand surgery established with the goals of :-

To achieve the highest quality concerning surgery of the hand and upper extremity,

To treat patients as soon as possible. Should there be an emergency, treatment is provided at any time of the day or night,

To establish a diagnosis with a multidisciplinary team based in only one place.

To relieve the patient if possible.

Finally, healing, which involves foreseeing together with the patients, the immediate and future consequences of the surgery.

To accomplish a way of perfection based on discipline and experience.

The team of this institute is made up of nine young and middle aged surgeons.

They all come from hospital services in Paris:
Boucicaut,
Cochin,
Necker,
Pompidou.

This clinic is subsidized and most of the expenses are paid by the social security or health care plans.

The team of this institute is based in only one place, surgeons, anaesthetists, radiologists, functional rehabilitation doctors, and a therapy room.

The FIHS posts each month a new issue related to pathologies of the upper extremity, which you can read by visit its official site.
