Hello, Annamalai University is one of Asia's largest public residential universities which located in Annamalai Nagar, Chidambaram, Tamil Nadu, India.
The university is spread across 1,500 acres in Chidambaram.

Academic Eligibility:-

Candidates for admission to the first year of the four year degree Programme in Engineering must possess any one of the following qualifications:

[i] A pass in H.Sc (Academic) with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.
or
[ii] A pass in H.Sc (Vocational Stream) with Engineering Vocational subjects and one of the related subjects like Mathematics, Physics.
or
[iii] Diploma in one of the courses like Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Chemical, and Computer Science and Engineering.
or
[iv] Any other equivalent qualification approved by Annamalai University.

Minimum Marks:-
Basic Qualification
Community
Higher Secondary (Academic)/
Higher Secondary (Vocational)

O.C. 50% average in the related subjects
B.C. 45% average in the related subjects
MBC/DNC 40% average in the related subjects
SC/ST A pass

The following original certificates will be required during admission:-
Mark lists/symbolic gradation in each subject in H.Sc. or equivalent examination or other qualifying examination.

Two Passport Size Photographs.

Transfer and Conduct/Migration Certificate in H.Sc. or Equivalent Examination.
Community certificate for Backward Class/Most Backward Class/Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe Candidates.

Medical Certificate.

Certificates regarding proficiency in Games, Sports, NSS, NCC, Social Service and Extra-Curriculum activities from the Headmaster of the School.
