ICWA is the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. To get admission into the intermediate Programme of the institute one must have the following requirements 1. must pass the secondary education and the foundation course of the institute. 2. must be graduation in any stream other than the Foundation (Entry Level) Part I Examination of CAT of the Institute/ Foundation (Entry Level) Part I Examination and Competency Level Part II Examination of CAT of the Institute. 3. Passed Foundation of ICSI/Intermediate of ICAI along with 10+2. One must attach the following documents- 1. Attested Copy of Matriculation Certificate 2. Attested copy of 10+2 Certificate or Marks Statement 3. Attested copy of the degree 4. 3(Three) Passport size photographs - a. One Pasted on the form. b. One pasted on Identity Card and. c. One to be attached with the application. Dates of the examination – 1. If you are applying for the December exam than you must apply by 31st May of the exam year. 2. And if you are applying for the June exam you must apply by the November of the previous year. Intermediate Course of Institute of Cost and Work Accountants of India (ICWAI) is a course of twelve months duration. It is the second stage study after clearing the foundation course on the path of becoming a Cost Accountant. The ICWAI course involves study of subjects and topics such as Cost and Management Accountancy, Statistics, Auditing, Tax Laws and Tax Planning, Organization & Management Fundamentals, Accounting, Economics and Business Fundamentals, etc. Duration: 12 Months Level: Graduation Type: Degree Eligibility for Admission: 12th and Foundation Course of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India/ Graduation in any discipline other than Fine Arts/ Foundation (Entry Level) Part I Examination of CAT of the Institute/ Foundation (Entry Level) Part I Examination and Competency Level Part II Examination of CAT of the Institute Passed Foundation of ICSI/Intermediate of ICAI Fee: Cost of Prospectus - Rs. 250/- Documents required for admission- Attested Copy of Matriculation Certificate Attested copy of 10+2 Certificate or Marks Statement Attested copy of the degree 3(Three) Passport size photographs Registration for the ICAI course is open throughout the year However, Students desirous to appear for June Term Examination should apply before 31st January of that year and for December Term Examination should apply before 31st July of that year.
