Can a B.Tech ECE student become Commercial Pilot, please provide required eligibility? As you are a B.TECH ECE student so you can be a pilot. Indian air force pilot Commercial pilot: Here is a need to join Air flying completion of 10+2 with non-medical science stream with atleast 50% aggregate. clear entrance exam of the flying schools. pass physical fitness test. Fees is for education about 15-20 lakhs. Ltd Hyderabad , Andhra Pradesh Indian air force pilot: Eligibility Criteria Mathematics and Physics in 10+2 Graduation in any field with at least 60 % aggregate Age will be up less than or upto 23 years. Upper age limit for student having valid and current Commercial Pilot Licence(CPL) given by DGCA (india ) is relaxed upto 25 yeras. Yes, offcourse any student who has cleared his 12th with PCM with at least 60 are eligible to becoming a Pilot. But To become a commercial pilot, you must get a student pilot’s license, private pilot license and then a commercial pilot license. The minimum qualification required to enroll yourself for Private Pilot Licensing Course (PPL) is Intermediate or Higher secondary. A Class-II physical fitness certificate from DGCA approved medical practitioner is the prerequisite. Acquiring PPL makes you eligible for CPL training.
