All India MDS (NEET MDS) 2014 Entrance Exam is conducted by AIIMS.

Eligibility conditions:
The candidate must be citizen of India.
Government of India and whosoever has obtained provisional or permanent registration from any of State Dental Councils after passing the final BDS Examination.

The candidate should have completed one Year (12 months specifically) Compulsory Rotating Internship inn an approved/recognized Dental College shall be eligible.

Registration with State Dental Councils is necessary and its documentary proof need to be furnished at the time of counselling.

All India MDS 2014 Entrance Exam Pattern
The syllabus for All India MDS 2014 Entrance Exam shall be that of BDS standard.
Moreover, there will be only one paper of 3 hours duration.
The paper shall comprise of 200 MCQs, consisting of Basic Sciences, Para Clinical and Clinical Subjects.
While each single correct shall be awarded 4 marks, each incorrect response is liable to deduction of one mark.
Zero mark will be given to those questions which are left unanswered.

AIPGDEE (All India PG Dental Entrance Exam) is conducted by AIIMS for MDS course.

The official notification will be published by the end of October

Details of exact number of seats available and seat allotment are notified in February

Admission to 50% All India quota seats and state quota seats in participating states is done on the basis of merit obtained in the All India PG Dental Entrance Exam.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidate should have a BDS degree from a dental institution recognized by the Govt. of India

AIPGDEE Exam Pattern

Total number of questions: 200.
Duration of exam: 3 hours.
Type of questions: multiple choice questions.
Marks awarded for correct answer: +4.
Negative marking for incorrect answer: -1.

Important Dates

Online registration starts on
October 12, 2015

Last date for online registration of application on AIIMS website along with the application fee
November 5, 2015

Status of applications and date of hosting the admit cards on website
November 26, 2015

AIPGDEE 2016 Entrance Examination
December 13, 2015
