After MCA MS or PhD

I have completed MCA and now interested in further studies.Can you please tell me that which one is better MS or PhD for higher studies?

Both MS and Ph.D are good options after you complete MCA. It depends on your interests and towards what you are inclined. If you are interested in research you can choose to pursue a Ph.D or if you are looking for job opportunities soon, you can pursue a MS degree.
Admission to the Ph.D. program is much more competitive than to the MS program, so students interested primarily in a Masters degree should apply to the MS program.
The Ph.D. program is a top-ranked research-oriented program, usually completed in 4-6 years while MS course completed in two years.
