There are many options available after completion of B.Tech course in Bioinformatics.
It all depends on the area where your interest lies.
In this you have opt to go either into the technical side by being a software developer.

If you are interested in the teaching or the research field it would be good if you pursue M.Tech in this stream.

For entering into the teaching field you need to complete your Masters and then clear the NET exam.

For the research field CSIR exam is an option available.

Also you could consider going in for a PH.D. Select the area which you feel is apt for you.
