For IAS officer, you must possess a degree from an Indian University or an equivalent qualification There is no such specific graduation requirement that you should be B.Sc, B.Com or BA to become IAS.

To Become an IAS - Indian Administrative Service officer, you need to crack Civil Service Exams which is conducted by Union Public Service Commission

Eligibility for Civil Service Exam – IAS Officer
-You must possess a degree from an Indian University or an equivalent qualification.
- You must have attained the age of 21 years on 1st August of the year of examination and must not have attained 30 years of age on that date.
-The upper age limit is also relaxed in favour of certain categories of civil servants working under the Government of India and Defence Services Personnel.
-The upper age limit will be relaxed by 3 years for OBC candidates and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.

Other Eligibility
You must be either:
-citizen of India, or
-subject of Nepal, or
-subject of Bhutan, or
-Tibetan refugee who came over to India before January 1, 1962 or
-Person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.

Only graduation required to take part in IAS exam, stream does'nt matter.

There is no such requirement that candidates must be B.sc or B.A. or esle.

Here are IAS exam details;

IAS exam is popularly known as Indian Administrative Service exam.
IAS will be conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC).

Eligibility;
The candidate should be an Indian nationality.
The age limits of a candidate should falls under 21 to 30 years.
The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree in any field from a well known college or university.
The candidate should be physically and medically capable.
