Kumaun University LLB Syllabus

I wish to take admission in Kumaun University’s LLB course but I don’t have any idea of its syllabus so can you tell me where I can find its University’s LLB syllabus?

The syllabus for LLB program is not available on to the official website but here I am giving you the general syllabus for LLB 1st year so that you can get some idea about the exam syllabus.

Compulsory Papers:
Contract-I (General Principles)
Contract-II (Specific Contracts)
Law of Tort and Consumer Protection
Family Law-I (Hindi Law)
Family Law-II (Mohammedan Law)
Constitutional Law
Legal Language and Legal Writing including General English

Optional Paper : (Any one) :
(a) Legal and Constitutional History of India.
OR
(b) Trusts, Equity and Fiduciary Relations.
OR
(c)Bankruptcy Laws

Practical Paper :
Public Interest Lawyering, Legal Aid Para-Legal Services and Moot Court.This paper shall consist of following two parts :
(a) Practical Written Paper-80 marks
(b) Viva-Voca Examination-20 marks

Friend I am thinking to do LLB form the Kumaun University but I don’t have any idea about its admission procedure…. Will you please tell me something about the admission procedure?? Give me application form too for this programme…..

The LLB admission procedure it is the filling LLB admission form by you and after that the out of merit list of LLB admission by kumaun university according to your High school, intermediate and graduation marks than your admission in LLB program by the basis of merit list. I sure that the information is right and true.

sir maine graduation complete karke LLB 1st year me admision liya h.....mujhe sbhi subjects ke section or act devided hokar nhi mil pa rhe h ...koi aisi site btaye jha mujhe K.U nainital ke sbhi subjects ke section or act alag-alag mil jaye....
