Which are the eligibility criteria is required for Rajasthan Administrative Services exam, can you please provide here?

Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) conducts Rajasthan Administrative Services (RAS) exam for recruitment processes in State Government which includes respective positions of the government sector department like deputy secretary, additional district magistrate, joint secretary, deputy commissioner, special secretary, head of departments, principal secretaries, chief secretary etc.

Eligibility for RPSC RAS

Educational Qualification:-
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from recognized university/ institution of India.

Age:-
18 to 35 years.

RAS Syllabus

Paper I –
General Knowledge and General Science –
Max Marks - 200
Time - 3 Hours
There are 1 50 questions of multiple choice (Objective Type), carrying equal marks. There is negative marking.
1/3 mark is deducted for each wrong answer.

The Rajasthan Public Service Commission conduct Rajasthan Administrative Services exam, here is eligibility criteria:

Eligibility Criteria

Age limit:
The Candidates Age must be between 21-35 yrs & Govt Employees Age must be between 25-45 Yrs. Candidates age will be Consider as on 01-01-2014.

Qualification:
The Candidates must be possess Degree for a recognized university.
Final year Students can also apply.

Scheme of examination:
The Exam will be held in two successive stages

(i) Preliminary Examination, and
(ii) Main Examination

Patter of Questions Paper
(For Preliminary examination) -
1 There will be 150 Questions in the Question Paper.
2 All questions will carry equal marks.
3 There will be Negative Marking – 1/3 part of mark(s)
