I have just passed 10th and now I want to make my career in Journalism.Can you provide information related to eligibility and selection procedure? As you want to become a journalist after 10th after 10th only you can’t become journalist for that firstly you will have to complete your 12th class. If you are interested in making your career in Journalism, then let me tell you that, the minimum qualification is graduation. Graduates of any stream are eligible to opt for Journalism Courses; it means that you have to complete your graduation first. For being a journalist you have to complete graduation and post graduation in the Mass Communication Stream. Selection procedure: Entrance Examinations for Journalism are held during May – July every year. The Entrance Test generally includes a Written Test comprising both Objective and Subjective Questions Final stage is Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
