Manipal university transcripts for marksheets?

I have tried communicating in the said email address but no reply so far its almost 60 days. Now i am getting confused as on how to apply for transcript, there are no proper links or menu under which transcript form is available. Further Sikkim Manipal University, Gangtok and Manipal University, Bangalore is creating additional confusion as where to send the application for transcript and draft drawn in whose favour. Kindly give appropriate reply to get rid of such confusions.
