There is no Minimum percentage required in Btech for Indian Engineering Service exam. As the UPSC required graduates from Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Electronics Engineering. The minimum eligibility is as following: Eligibility: The applicant must have degree in Engineering from a University incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other Educational Institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as Universities under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; or Here I am uploading a pdf file from where you can collect detailed information about the eligibility details:

IES stand for Indian Engineering Services Exam. This exam is being conducted by UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) every year. Percentage required: There is no requirement of any percentage of marks for IES. The candidate must be an Indian Citizen having either appear for the final Graduation Degree exam in any stream of Engineering or pass from a recognised University within the age of 21 to 30 years with upper age relaxation for reserved candidate IES Educational Qualifications Requirements must possess a degree in Engineering from a recognized institute with the minimum percentage required. should have cleared section A and B from the Institutions of engineers (India). obtained a degree/diploma in Engineering from such Foreign University/ College/ Institution and the certificate is valued as equivalent to the degree received in India. passed Graduate Membership Examination of the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (India). passed Associate Membership Examination Parts II and III/Sections A and B of the Aeronautical Society of India.
