Provide the details about the Wipro Academy of Software Excellence WASE programme details? WASE or Wipro Academy of Software Excellence program classes and evaluation sessions of the program are conducted on weekends. During the week, students have the opportunity to work on live client projects along with full time employees of Wipro. This enables them to get invaluable industry experience and technical knowledge. The details of the WASE program offered by BITS are outlined below: Course Details No. of semesters 8 Duration of each semester 4-5 months First seven semesters Course work Eighth semester Dissertation Semester Details Every semester comprises of: Four courses Sixteen weeks of contact classes Four sessions are conducted every week on Saturday/Sunday Every session runs for two hours Activity distribution For the first seven semesters Monday to Friday Work on projects in assigned business units at Wipro Saturday/Sunday Attend BITS classes Eighth Semester Devoted to dissertation work as stipulated by BITS Eligibility X – 50% XII – 50% Graduation – 60% Aggregate Post-Graduation – 60% Aggregate Mathematics in 12th Std Mandatory No Standing Arrears/Backlogs Qualification BCA M.Sc. The WIPRO Academy of Software Excellence offers WASE Programme, details are given below; WASE Programme Eligibility X - 50% XII - 50% Graduation - 65% Qualification The applicant should have pass BCA + Maths/Business Maths in 12th Std + No standing arrears. Selection Process The selection is based on Common Entrance Test, HR Interview.
