M Tech after B tech with backlogs

I have backlog in B Tech and now I am confused whether I can do M tech or not??

If you wouldn't have been able to clear your all backlogs than your admission to
M.Tech will be banished. First you have to clear you backlog and then after you will be able to do M.Tech. As for admission in M.Tech under good college you have to get good percentile of marks in Qualifying Exam

Once you will clear all your backlogs of B tech you can easily take admission in any of the college for M tech

If you clear your B Tech backlogs, then you can apply for M. Tech and if your backlogs in not clear, then you are not eligible to apply for M. Tech.

One must have passed B.E. / B.Tech or equivalent exam approved by the AICTE in appropriate branch with minimum 55% marks in the aggregate or equivalent CGPA with PCM Group at 10+2 Level.
