Is there any test or direct admission for Junior Basic Training (JBT)????????

Junior Basic Training (JBT) is conducted each year for providing Training for Teaching. JBT is Two years course-Regular. In some states Entrance test is conducted while some take direct admission. Direct admission is done on the basis of
higher secondary marks or qualifying academic examination.

I want to take admission in the Junior Basic Training (JBT) Course in Himachal Pradesh? Can you please tell me about its entrance test?

The Junior Basic Training (JBT) is a diploma level course with duration of 2 years. The Child Development, Educational Technology, Teaching of Mathematics, etc are some of the areas covered under this course.

As you say that you want to take admission in the Junior Basic Training (JBT) Course in Himachal Pradesh. For this you should need to appear in Himachal Pradesh JBT Common Entrance Test.

The HPBOSE will be conducting the Common Entrance Test for admission to two years Junior Basic Training Course (JBT CET).

Eligibility Criteria for JBT

Age limit:
The age limit shall be 17-28 years as on 30th April 2014 for all candidates
Relaxation in upper age limit shall be available as per the rules of the Govt. of Himachal Pradesh

The minimum essential educational qualification for JBT CET is Senior Secondary School Certificate or Intermediate or 10+2 or its equivalent examination with at least 50% marks.
