Kendriya Vidyalaya is a system of central government schools that have been instituted under the aegis of Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. The system came into being in 1963 under the name "central schools" and has been affiliated with CBSE since then.

KV School Pathankot:

Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 1 (AFS) Pathankot established in the year 1967. It is governed by Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India
