VITEEE application form

I want to apply Offline for VITEEE exam 2012. Can I? If yes, give me the date on which the Offline submission will start and the procedure of applying offline so that I can apply for the exam before the last date.

Application Form:
The application forms will be available from 5th of December, 2011.
Candidates can obtain from the designated branches of post offices on cash payment of 950/- ( or ) By sending a Demand Draft for 950/- drawn in favour of “VIT University” payable at Vellore to the address of Admissions Officer, VIT University, Vellore with a request letter containing the complete address with Mobile number ( or ) By handing over a DD of 950/- in person at VIT University.

How to Apply:
The candidates should send the Application form through either registered Post / Speed Post in the self addressed envelope provided by VIT office on or before 15th March, 2012.
