The Sharda Group of Institutions (SGI) was established in 1996. It comprises the Hindustan College of Science and Technology and the Hindustan Institute of Management and Computer Studies in Mathura, the Anand Engineering College, Hindustan Institute of Technology & Management, Anand College of Education, and Anand College of Pharmacy in Agra, and Sharda University in Greater Noida.

Admission Process
75% of the seats are filled by the University through State Entrance Examination (SEE-MTU) 10% through AIEEE / JEE -Mains Counseling
Balanced 15% seats are filled by the colleges through Direct admissions as per MTU/GBTU guidelines
15% Seats under Management Quota. Admissions are strictly based on merit.

(10+2) with Physics & Maths. and any one out of Chem./ Bio./Computer Science with 50% marks.

B. Ed. / M. Ed. / B.P. Ed. Courses - eligibility is 60% marks in qualifying examinations for B.Ed. & M.Ed, 50% at graduation with proficiency in sports for B.P.Ed
