National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR) is considered as a top B-School, offers specialized MBA programme in Construction Management. Following are the details of this program: Eligibility: The applicant must have completed Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline / Architecture / Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized institute. the admissions will be based on Written Test conducted by NICMAR or through the scores of CAT 2013, GATE or GMAT. The short listed candidates will have to appear for Group Discussion (GD), Personal Interview (PI) and Rating of Application (RA). MBA in Advanced Construction Management MBA in Advanced Construction Management is 2 year post graduation program. It is offered at all campus of NICMAR viz. Pune, Hyderabad, Goa and Indore. Eligibility: The candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline / Architecture / Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized institute. Final year graduates can also apply. Selection Procedure: The candidates will be shortlist on the basis of the performance in the Written Test conducted by NICMAR or through the scores of CAT, GATE or GMAT.
