Dear Sir, i am forgot my user id and pasword, can we get my user id and password online?

I forgot my netbanking password .so plz help me open the same account username.

sir i am a new user and i just login and get the new password once I login it shows
Error No : 311 i.e your password has been expired
what should i do about it?
When I am entering the message received on my mobile no, its again asking me the old password instead of two new passwords which normally a online system asks.
The problem is that my old password had expired and even I dont rememeber that that's what the system shows me once I login with the old password

very poor and pathetic service from vakola branch people. very dis-appointed service by bank. pusnishment to operate bank a/c from this branch, many of the time more than 50% staff is on leave, printer not working and server down

IS THE CUSTOMER NO. & ACCOUNT NO IS SAME IF NOT THEN WERE I AM GETTING THE CUSTOMER NO..
