Can you provide me about the start date for availability of application Form for Direct Admission to Class XI (2019-20) in DAV Public School, Hehal, Ranchi?

Admission to Class XI (Science, Commerce & Arts) in DAV Public School, Hehal, Ranchi was from 7th May, 2019. Direct Admission was available only for 5 days on first come first serve basis.


Criteria for Direct Admission

Science (EMS) Commerce (Agg) Arts (Agg)

External Candidates 85% 80% 70%

Internal Candidates 75% 70% 60%


Documents Required:

- Self attested photocopy of Class X Board Marks Sheet 2019.

- Self attested photocopy of Class X Admit Card. (Bring original for Verification)

- Photocopy of Aadhaar Card of candidate. (Bring original for Verification)

- Two recent colour (passport size) photograph of candidate

- One recent colour (passport size) photograph of father and mother.


Admission was provisional. It was confirmed after the submission of the following documents by 31st May 2019 failing which admission was stand cancelled automatically and the amount will be forfeited.

1. Original Transfer Certificate / School Leaving Certificate.
2. Original Migration Certificate.
3. Original Character Certificate.
4. Self-attested photocopy of Mark sheet of the board examination.
