As per the request here I am providing you with the detail of the projects and faculties of the Franklin Project which is a new program by the Aspen Institute to marshal the best case for a voluntary civilian counterpart to military service in the United States

The Aspen Institute is an organization located in Washington, DC. The Institute has campuses in Aspen, Colorado, and on the Wye River on Maryland’s Eastern Shore.
It also maintains offices in New York City.
