Is there anyone who could tell me about the Professional Development Department at Bloomington Public Schools?? What is it for?? Which members are responsible to look after it?

There is a separate department in Bloomington Public Schools called as Professional Development. This department was set up with the aim to assist all the school district employees for their professional growth.
