I am thinking to take send my ward to Caliber Academy form next year. Can you tell me about the admission procedure, fee payments and School Timings???

You have taken a really good step to admit your child in Caliber Academy. It is a very good and reputed school affiliated to CBSE Board.

Admissions:

You will get Prospectus and Admission forms at 21/6 Krishnaswamy Avenue, Mylapore, Ph: 42658552 for the Mylapore and Lloyds Road Branch between 9a.m. and 2 p.m.

You can take Prospectus and Admission forms for the Ekkaduthangal branch at 5, 5th Cross street, Balaji Nagar, Ekkaduthangal. Ph:42647045 between 9a.m. and 2 p.m.

You can also visit the school on Sundays for this purpose.

Documents required for admission:

Birth certificate copy in English
Proof of residence -passport / telephone bill / house rental agreement/ration card etc.
Photo copy of the current year progress report
Child's immunization record
Transfer certificate

You will be informed about date and time for interview or interactive session with the teacher via mail and sms.

Fee payment:

Last date for payment without fine: 2nd December, 2013.

Last date for payment with fine of Rs. 500/- : 9th December, 2013

You can take the above information for fee submission as tentative for the next year.

School Timings

Pre K.G. to LKG:

8.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.


UKG to Std III:

8.30a.m. to 2.30 p.m.


Std IV to Std XII:

8.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m
