Culinary Institute of America was founded in 1946.It is an independent, not-for-profit college which offers associate and bachelor's degrees with majors in culinary arts, baking and pastry arts, and culinary science, as well as certificate programs also. Hours of Operation Tuesday through Saturday 11:30 a.m.–9 p.m. Sunday Local Farms Menu: Noon–7:15 p.m. FREE corkage from 5 p.m. to close The Terrace will be closed from October 31, 2013–March 31, 2014. It will re-open on April 1. Beginning January 5, 2014, we will be closed Sunday and Monday until May.
