Entry requirements:
The applicant should have one year's welding experience, & an acceptable trade including 40 hours training in the nominated welding processes.

Or

The applicant should have 2 year's welding experience and successful completing the one or more welding programs, which includes at least 300 hours of training, in the theory and practice of welding.
