The Vancouver Island School of Art was established in 2004.
The institute is accredited with the Private Career Training Institute Association (PCTIA).

Programmes:

Individual Courses and Workshops (on-going, no application required)
Certificate of Visual Arts (one year full-time or a maximum of four years part-time),
Diploma of Fine Arts (three years full-time or a maximum of five years part-time), and
Independent Studio Program (ISP) (one year full-time).
