Candidates must normally be at least 18 years old.
Non English candidates are required to clear International English Language Testing System (IELTS) or Tests of English as a Foreign Language (ToEFL).
The minimum required scores for IELTS is 6.5 (no less that 6.0 in any element) or ToEFL 580 (no less than 4 in TWE) or computer based TOEFL 237 (no less than 4.0 in essay rating).
