$50.00 non-refundable application fee
Child Interview (Grades PK -7)
School records(report cards, standardized test scores for students entering Grades 1-7)
Birth Certificate (original and one copy)
Baptismal Certificate (original and one copy - if applicable)
Copy of Annual Parish Report of Giving (2013, 2012, 2011)

Admission fees 2013-2014:
Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 8:Registered Catholic $7,100 per child, per year
Non-Registered Catholic and Non-Catholic $8,000 per child, per year
