Here I am looking for the admission criteria of MBBS course to seek admission in Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC)???

Armed Forces Medical College is a premier medical institute, was set up on 01 May 1948 by an act of parliament of India. It is presently affiliated to the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences and is recognized by the MCI

AFMC MBBS Admission detail

Duration: Four and a half years followed by one-year internship

Eligibility:

Citizen:

-You must be:
Citizens of India
OR
Subjects of Nepal/ Bhutan
Or
Person of Indian origin migrated from Pakistan
Or
Any other foreign country with the intention of permanently settling in India

-Proof for person of Indian Origin is mandatory
- You must be unmarried and marrying during the programme is not allowed.
- You should be medically fit as per prescribed standards by the Ministry of Defence, Govt of India

Age Limit:

For 10+2 or equivalent:
Your age must be in between 17 to 22 years

For B.Sc:
Your age must not be more than 24 years old

Academic Eligibility:
-You must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology as compulsory subjects
- You must have passed the qualifying exam in the first attempt
- You should secure minimum of 60% aggregate in the science subjects, minimum of 50% in English and the science subjects individually is a must.
- You must have passed Mathematics as a subject in Class 10.

Seats: 130 (105 boys & 25 girls)

AFMC MBBS Selection criteria:
-Selection will be based on NEET UG scores followed by a computer based test & interview
-Admissions will be on the combined scores of the NEET UG & the ToELR in the specified weightage
