I think you are asking about Texas A&M Blinn TEAM (“Transfer Enrollment at A&M”) Program that is a collaborative, co enrollment partnership between a major university (Texas A&M) and a community college (Blinn College). From 2001 this pioneering initiative has allowed the admission of hundreds of additional qualified students into the Texas A&M freshman class each year that would have otherwise not been possible due to enrollment limitations.

Here you want detail of admission requirement of this program so I am telling you here that Blinn TEAM Program grant those students who achieve its high standards with automatic admission after two years and students are expected to complete 45 credit hours at Blinn and 15 credit hours at Texas A&M during this period. Students also need a cumulative grade point average at each school of 3.0 (calculated separately).
