When will BHU conducted PG Ayurveda entrance exam in 2012? From where I can download the application form for the entrance exam and from which month BHU will distributed application form for it?

The BHU is inviting application from for PG M.Pharma (Ayurveda) entrance exam 2012. Here are the key dates:

Date of sale/dispatch of forms by post from I.M.S. Directorate, BHU 30.04.2012
Last date for receiving requisitions for procuring Application Forms by post 28.05.2012 Last date for procuring of Application Forms from the I.M.S. Directorate, BHU 05.06.2012
Last date for receipt of completed Application Forms by the office of the I.M.S. Directorate, BHU 11.06.2012 Monday (5:00PM)
Date of Entrance Test 5th July 2012, Thursday (10 AM to 12 Noon)
Place of Examination Faculty of Ayurveda, I.M.S.,B.H.U., Varanasi
Date of result on website/I.M.S. Directorate notice board 16.07.2012
Date of counseling and Medical Checkup etc. 13.08.2012
Date of joining and commencement of classes 16.08.2012
