Will you please give me detail for the Western Institute of Nursing (WIN) 2014 Conference??

Western Institute of Nursing (WIN) is the western regional nursing organization was created in the year 1985 that succeeded the Western Council on Higher Education for Nursing (WCHEN).

2014 WIN Conference
-The 2014 Annual Communicating Nursing Research Conference will be held on April 9–12, 2014 at the The Seattle Westin Hotel in downtown Seattle.
-The conference theme is "Taking It Global: Research, Practice and Education in Nursing." -Keynote speaker is David Shoultz, Director of Grantee and Partner Engagement with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
-State of the Science papers will be given by Joachim Voss, University of Washington, on global initiatives in nursing education; and by Adey Nyamathi, UCLA, on global initiatives in nursing research.

Some Key Dates:
-The conference program and online registration form will be available in early January 2014.
-Abstract submitters were notified of the acceptance status on or near December 11, 2013.
-The deadline for Exhibitor registration. sponsors and advertisements is Friday, March 14, 2014.

The Exhibit Hall schedule is as follows:
Exhibit set up begins on Thursday, April 10, at 11:00 AM.
The Exhibit Hall will be open on Thursday, April 10, 1:00-5:00 PM; Friday, April 11, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM; and Saturday, April 12, 8:00 AM-12:00 PM.
Exhibit dismantling begins on Saturday, April 12 at 12:30 PM.

WIN 2014 Conference Cancellations and Refunds
-Cancellations received in the WIN office by Monday, March 24, 2014 will be refunded minus a $50 processing fee.
-Cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to win@ohsu.edu or FAXed to 503-494-6772 by 11:59 PM on March 24, 2014.
-No refunds will be granted on or after 12:00 AM on Tuesday, March 25, 2014.

WIN reserves the right to cancel any event due to insufficient registration or any unforeseen circumstances. It also has the right to substitute presenters if those originally scheduled cannot attend.
